Our own rooms are a separate thing and sit in the Pavilion (our hosted events: either stand-alone or within a larger event).
Four jobs
We do four different things at an event.
Depending on the type of event, we offer different services. Some services are available across every type of event, others are very specific to the event. Please always feel free to ask questions, if you need more detailed information on a listed event or even on an event that we haven't listed.
VIP Hospitality
We have access to the seats and we run the logistics to and from them: Tickets, transfers, hotels, and the diary that ties the days together.
Trade and MICE
For corporates exhibiting or hosting: Stand-side logistics, hostesses, delegate movement, and the private dinners that run alongside the show.
The Pavilion
Our own hosted events (stand-alone or within an event). A villa, a terrace, a berth or a suite, staffed by us, with our own catering and our own suppliers. These are invitation only events.

Events worth attending.
13 events still ahead. We do not host these. We get people into them, which is a different job and usually the harder one. Every card says which of the four we would be doing. Pavilion events are shown separately, because there we are the host.
Prices are the starting point for the room, not a quote. What a weekend actually costs depends on how you travel and where you stay, and we would rather tell you that than print a number we cannot hold.
