How It Works
No contracts. No commitments. Just good service, and a relationship that gets better over time.
We work on a planning fee basis.
You tell us your budget. We plan, source, and coordinate within it. Our planning fee is deducted from your budget, not added on top. It covers our time, our research, our supplier relationships, and our on-the-ground coordination.
The fee is on a sliding scale: the more you spend, the lower the percentage. For most clients, it sits between 1.5% and 5%.
There are no sign-up fees. No contracts. No minimums.
You work with us when you need us. Some clients call once a year for a family holiday. Others call every week. Both are welcome.
Gatekeeper Points
Every euro you spend through TGC earns you 1 Gatekeeper Point.
Points never expire. There are no tiers to maintain, no thresholds to hit. When you're ready, 100 points equals EUR 1 in redemption value: use them against future bookings, artisan products, or exclusive experiences from our network.
The more you use us, the more the relationship gives back.

Multi-service coordination
A single trip can involve flights, ground transport, accommodation, a private chef, childcare, and dinner reservations. You deal with one person. We coordinate the rest.
