We work with independent hotels, private chefs, artisan producers, and specialists across Europe and beyond. People we know personally - not algorithms, not sponsored results. When we recommend somewhere, it's because we've been there, or because someone whose judgment we trust has.

Our planning fee is built into your budget, not added on top of it. It covers our time, our expertise, and access to our network. The more you use our services, the more efficiently we work for you. No hidden charges. No surprises.

Gatekeepers Points

Every euro you spend through us earns you points. Redeem them against future bookings, artisan products from our network, or exclusive experiences that aren’t available to the public. The more you use us, the more the relationship gives back. No expiry. No tiers. Simple.

First access

Properties before they're listed. Restaurant tables before the reviews come out. Events that aren't advertised. We hear about things first because we're close to the people who make them happen.

Discretion as standard

We arrange a brief, informal call . A two-way conversation. We want to understand what your life looks like. You should leave feeling confident we're the right fit.

3. Your first request

If it's a good match, we get started. Your first request can follow the same day.

We keep our numbers intentionally small, because the quality of attention we offer depends on how many people we serve.
