VIP & On-Location Guest Management
Everything between the aircraft and the seat.
We manage the diary and the movement for people attending fashion week. New York, London, Milan and Paris, between 10 September and 6 October. They are met, driven, and told where to be next. Somebody answers the phone all week, and it is the same person who built the plan.
Quoted per week against the brief. Nothing on this page is a package.
The problem
A show lasts twenty minutes. Reaching it takes ninety.
Who it is for
Three people have the same week and a different problem.
Guests and invitees
You have been invited by a house, possibly by several, possibly in more than one city. You are travelling with little or no team and the diary is yours to hold. We hold it instead.
Fashion houses and brands
You have invited people you would rather not lose track of. We take the movement of your guests off your production team without taking anything else off it.
Agencies and event producers
You are running the event and need a ground partner per city rather than four separate ones. One brief, one desk, four cities, one invoice.
What we take on
The whole of the moving, and the diary around it.
If something on your week is better done by someone already doing it, we say so and coordinate with them instead of replacing them.
How it works
A brief, a sheet, a week, a number.
The brief
Long on purpose. Every question on it is one we would otherwise have to ask you during the week, when you are busy.
The call sheet
One document per person per day. Where you are, when you leave, who is driving, what happens if it moves.
The week
Cars held against the sheet. Changes absorbed by us and reissued to you, rather than reported to you.
The desk
One number, live for the whole run, staffed by someone holding the same sheet you are.

The season
Spring/Summer 2027, as the four organisers have published it.
Dates taken from each organising body directly and checked on 03/September/2026. All four schedules are provisional and all four move.
New York
10 to 15 September 2026Six days and the first of the four. Seventy runway shows and presentations on the preliminary schedule, opening with Diane von Furstenberg on the tenth and closing with Thom Browne on the fifteenth. The Friday starts at 10:00 rather than earlier, out of respect for the twenty fifth anniversary of 9/11, which is the sort of detail that decides a morning.
Council of Fashion Designers of America CFDA
London
17 to 21 September 2026Five days, the shortest of the four, and the most compressed. Burberry, McQueen, Mulberry, Erdem, Roksanda, Richard Quinn and Simone Rocha are on the provisional schedule alongside the NEWGEN intake, which means a guest can be invited to a house on Savile Row and a studio in the east on the same afternoon.
British Fashion Council BFC
Milan
22 to 28 September 2026Seven days, and the last of them is also the first day of Paris. Anyone doing both is out of Milan and into Paris inside a single evening, at the end of a week of shows and at the start of nine more. That is a plan, not a hope.
Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana CNMI
Paris
28 September to 6 October 2026One hundred and one houses, sixty eight shows and thirty three presentations across nine days. The longest week, the heaviest traffic, and the one where a schedule is worth the most.
Federation de la Haute Couture et de la Mode FHCM

Paris, in full
The whole of Paris, timed.
The Federation publishes 101 houses across nine days, 68 shows and 33 presentations. It is reproduced here because the timing is the work. Open a day and you are looking at the same grid we build a movement plan on.

What it costs
There is no price list, because there is no standard week.
One guest in Paris for three days and a house moving fourteen people through Milan and Paris are not the same job, and a package priced for both would be wrong for both. We quote against the brief, in writing, before anything is booked. Cars, hotels and flights are passed through at what they cost.
Send the brief and you get a quote, not a call you have to take.
The season starts on 10 September.
The brief takes about ten minutes and is the only long thing we will ask you for.
Season verified 03/September/2026.
